“I Don’t Wanna Grow Up” is the theme for the 2014 Northwest Regional Rally. The event will be held May 15-18 and returns to the Chelan County Fairgrounds in Cashmere, WA.
The Washington State Wash-I-Bagos Club and their friends from the Fraser Valley Explorers in BC are planning an exciting get together with loads of fun and activities to keep you busy.
Planned activities, at press time, include indoor & outdoor games, the bean bag baseball tournament, an ice cream social, golf tournament, seminars, crafts, raffles, a flea market, craft competition, entertainment, and dealer/vendor displays. An added attraction will be a mixer-social on Thursday evening with “Loaded Baked Potatoes” being served. A Sunday morning non-denominational service is scheduled prior to departure, where juice and snacks will be available.
All Veterans are encouraged to bring a hat, jacket or other piece of service clothing to wear at the traditional (early) Memorial Day Service to be held on Saturday, May 17th which is also Armed Forces Day.
Your Rally fee will include three nights of camping, Thursday evening social,Friday night entertainment plus Friday and Saturday lunches and dinners – all this with no increase in fees over last year! Attendees are responsible for their own breakfasts each day.
Rally fees for a full hook-up site: One rig/two people, $135, one rig/one person $105, extra person $35. Extra nights are $25 per rig. Registrations paid after May 1st, add $30 to each fee.
Chelan County has expanded their facilities to accommodate an increase in full hookup sites. The first 139 units to register (based on postmark dates) will be parked in the section with full hookups, 30/50 amp power, water and sewer plus free Wi-Fi. Additional registrants will be in other locations on the property with either 30 or 50 amp power, free Wi-Fi and water through splitters, but no sewer. Those parked in non-full hook up sites will receive a rebate at Registration.
Wednesday (or earlier) arrivals, please be sure to include the fee for extra nights to facilitate the on-site Registration process. Handicap parking needs must be requested on your Registration Form. The parking gates will close at 5 pm.
Cancellations received by the Treasurer after May 1 will be subject to a $30 fee.
Last minute emergencies will be taken into consideration.

Set your GPS for 5700 Wescott Drive, Cashmere, WA and get on the way.
Cashmere is located on US Routes 2 and US 97
If you approach Cashmere heading west on US 2W/US 97S, then exit turning left on Aplets Way, continue on South Division Street and turn right onto Sunset Highway to the Fairground.
If you approach Cashmere heading east on US 2E/US 97N, then exit onto Goodwin Road, continue to Sunset Highway and turn right onto Sunset Highway to the Fairground.
